- Measures how efficiently a sales team through predefined KPIs such as call coverage, call achievement, hit call
- Matrix each reps based on their performance (results) and process, helping managers to understand the strengths and weaknesses of their team and to implement targeted development strategies
- Provide training for using mobile apps to new reps and refreshment to old reps
- Provide regular daily sales reports to stakeholders
- Calculate and analyze the incentive achievements of each rep and process it to related functions
- Assist and develop reps in various opportunities to increase sales & productivity including necessary trainings
- Collaborate and coordinate with the sales, marketing and regional teams regarding tracking programs and projects currently being carried out
- Review sales reports and analysis. Evaluate sales trends/forecasts and form meaningful conclusions to facilitate strategic decisionsDevelop, monitor and recommend continuous improvement on sales processes, sales plans, customer retention.
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge in the general principles of sales and marketing; familiarity with the sales and marketing environment is a must
- Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
