
End User Sales for China Project Investment

- Lead Sales and build sustainably business growth for Indonesian customer accounts for China Project Investment in Industry and Infrastructure segments.
- Develop Relationships with key Decision makers within nominated Strategic Accounts
- Build a strong working relationship with the Product Application Engineer and System Architecture Engineer’s and National Sales Team for the accounts nominated.
- Build strong relationships within all relevant countries within the Zone, and lead a End User / Channel Sales network to best address the customer needs
- Localize the global Strategic account Plan/Strategy and roll it out within the Zone.
- Identify business drivers within the accounts and develop strategies to pursue these.
- Become the opportunity leader for identified major projects, leading a virtual team and add value to ensure a successful outcome.
- Consults customers and shape opportunities to optimize the value we offer.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize business opportunities.
- Map key decision makers at customers or prescribers.
- Follow Customer Project Process (CPP) follow Best in Sales Practice by being a best in class, example with BFO usage.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering/manufacturing
- Min. 5 years work experience as Sales in Industry and Infrastructure Segments, and China project investment
- Fluent in English and China/Mandarin languages
- Past (multi-level consultative selling) experience of closing complex deals by establishing customer trust through a deep understanding of their business, and by providing solutions in the language that is relevant to them
- International experience and exposure are a plus.
- National and international travel will be required.
- Strong track record of capability to manage and grow accounts.
- Understanding of account management, customers, sales channels & third parties.
- Demonstrates significant experience in detecting and discussing industry and customer pain points and proposing high value solutions.
