- Spearhead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, local, and partner networks to maximise reach and quality lead generation.
- Continuously analyse and optimise marketing and lead generation strategies to exceed enrolment and revenue targets.
- Present Crimson products and tailored solutions in engaging and informative ways to diverse audiences including families, prospective students, and partner organisations.
- Generate detailed market and audience insights to inform campaign targeting, content, and new service development.
- Participate in high-impact outreach activities, including school presentations, educational events, seminars, and careers expos.
- Attend industry events as a brand ambassador, monitoring market trends and providing actionable feedback to strategy teams.
- A strong track record in planning and executing data-driven marketing campaigns with proven results in lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft compelling storytelling for diverse audiences.
- Experience in the education sector, higher education marketing, or detailed knowledge of the UK, US or international university admissions processes is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospective customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Interest in transforming the field of education and making a meaningful difference in young people's lives.
- Comfortable using video conferencing platforms and confident in delivering remote as well as onsite events and presentations.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, or related CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with digital content design tools such as Canva.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics, SEO best practices, and campaign performance measurement.
