- Analyze economic and policy developments, identifying their potential impact on our stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, industry associations, and other key opinion leaders.
- Draft clear, concise, and insightful memos, reports, and other materials for internal and external audiences.
- Organize and facilitate working group and committee meetings, ensuring productive discussions.
- Must be fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2 equivalent).
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Min. 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a role involving policy, government relations, consulting, or economic research.
- A solid understanding of Indonesia's economic and business environment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the manpower and labor industries is a plus.
