- Manage ongoing operational activities for assigned Xendit's new products, including Customer Service monitoring and framework, Onboarding KYC, Offboarding, Risk and Fraud Management, and Financial Operations Reconciliation
- Create and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to satisfy customer and business needs
- Collaborate with Products to Marketing functions to drive process improvements
- Execute operational preparation for new product approval & launch
- Monitor team performance and customer satisfaction metrics to ensure that we serve customers with excellence
- Identify improvement opportunities to increase team productivity and improve work quality, including how to automate manual processes
- Collaborate closely with partners & relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operational workflow
- Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed
- Have 2-3 years of experience in Operation role within financial industry
- Proficient in data processing tools such as Google Sheets /Microsoft Excel, and SQL
- Fluent in Bahasa and English, verbally and written
- Fast learner and comfortable working under tight deadlines in fast changing environment
- Are ready and willing to be rostered on for nights and weekends - shift work doesn't phase you
- Happily take on new projects which involve researching to quickly become a subject matter expert, and driving them to completion
- Get your hands dirty to understand customer's problem
- Team player and comfortable with working across functions and engaging with multiple stakeholders
- Detailed oriented and comfortable in solving problems until its resolution
- Experience in product development would be a plus
