You'll help to mentor and develop junior members of the team by sharing your knowledge and insight. You'll have the opportunity to solve interesting and complex problems while utilizing the latest technology.As a Field Specialist General - Wireline Services, you will be responsible for:Assisting onsite at workshop and off-site at wellsite to facilitate wireline logging and completion servicesAnalyzing and interpreting system information and data to provide effective resolution to complex problems at well sitesOverseeing the basic maintenance of equipment to assist in preparing the wireline equipmentActing as the primary point of contact to the Customer Representative to coordinate operations at the wellsiteExecuting all responsibilities safely to ensure compliance with Managing Base Operations, Well Operations and Equipment and Logistics manualsCoaching, developing and mentoring junior members of the team to share knowledge and up-skill your teamFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have an Engineering degree or related subjects with at least 10 years relevant experience as Field SpecialistShow expertise in open-hole and cased-hole wireline logging operations in Deepwater offshore environmentDemonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating global teams to deliver multiple, successful customer projectsBe willing to gain industry experience and undergo additional product line trainingBe a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutionsDisplay a customer-focused mindset and have a structured, efficient approach to responding to customer needsDemonstrate experience with Exploration Logging programBe available to join our team quickly and to work in Indonesia without the need for a visaWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
