Be part of something bigger than yourself, create real change in the world, and make positive impact through your careers!Job PurposeAs an Indirect Tax and Excise Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all indirect tax-related operations. From VAT & WHT calculation, reconciliation, and reporting, to excise reconciliation, documentation and tax audits. You'll help us stay compliant, accurate, and efficient. You'll also champion automation and continuous improvement to strengthen our tax operations and reporting process. #DoSomethingThatMattersMain Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly VAT, WHT compliance, and excise compliance across all entities
- Ensure timely, accurate tax payments and returns
- Perform monthly reconciliations and adjustments of tax accounts
- Maintain updated SOPs and system setups in SAP to reflect latest tax regulations
- Manage WHT documentation and vendor slip distribution
- Monitor regulation changes and proactively inform internal stakeholders
- Support audits, disputes, and group reporting as needed
- Identify and lead process automation and continuous improvements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Business-related field

Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
Able to work as single contributor with minimum supervision
Proficient in Excel and automation tools like Power BI
Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia and English
