- Manage all cross-functional projects from ideation to execution, including esports tournaments, brand activations, watch parties, community events, and media content production.
- Develop and manage project timelines, allocate resources, and budgets, ensuring all projects are timely delivered within scope, set milestones and aligned with brand goals.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Creative, Marketing, Talent, and Partnerships, to ensure clear communication, workflow, and project deliverables.
- Oversee end-to-end content and media production, including content ideation and planning, scripting, shooting schedules, editing, post-production timelines, and content delivery across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Coordinate with brand partners, clients, sponsors, vendors, and agencies to ensure successful execution of projects or campaigns with Business Development team.
- Ensure every project stays within budget and meets deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Track project performance, evaluate outcomes, and provide regular status reports to internal stakeholders including create the SOPs, improve workflows, and implement best practices to streamline project delivery in future executions.
- Ensure quality control and brand consistency across all project deliverables.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in project management, preferably in the esports, entertainment, or media industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to guide teams, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with both live event operations and media/content production workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Asana, etc.)
- Passion for gaming, esports, and digital content is a big plus.
