- Support the recruitment and selection process for key positions, ensuring alignment with business needs and diversity goals.
- Partner with leaders to assess organizational effectiveness and develop strategies for driving cultural change.
- Facilitate leadership development programs and workshops to build leadership capabilities and enhance team effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of progessive HR experience with a focus on HR business partnering or HR leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
- Proven experience in building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate complex and sensitive situations.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
