  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate complex and sensitive situations.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
