Senior HR Business Partner

• Develop strong partnerships with business leaders to understand their objectives, challenges, and talent needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align HR strategies and initiatives with business goals.
• Provide strategic HR guidance and support to drive organizational effectiveness and business performance.
• Partner with managers to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
• Advise on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Support the recruitment and selection process for key positions, ensuring alignment with business needs and diversity goals.
• Partner with leaders to assess organizational effectiveness and develop strategies for driving cultural change.
• Facilitate leadership development programs and workshops to build leadership capabilities and enhance team effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of progessive HR experience with a focus on HR business partnering or HR leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
• Proven experience in building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate complex and sensitive situations.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
