YOUR MISSIONStore Location GOE Karawang (Karawang, Indonesia)Role & Responsibility:Assisting Retail Operations Manager to ensure sales achievement, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short and long term planning, expense control, sales and service.Guarantee consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Cornerstones and service standards.With store manager train, develop, and building succession of high performing sales associates.Service driven scheduling in order to maintain a highly profitable location while providing the highest levels of service to customersAssisting Retail Operations Manager to ensure all training programs, both Domestic and Global, are fully implemented, functional and results driven within the storeProvide data for analyzing customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to impact and drive business.Monitor implementation and monitor loss prevention education, training and awareness programsAssisting store manager in executing and processing of both incoming and outgoing merchandiseMonitor daily store operation to ensure loss prevention compliance within storeAssisting store manager in achieving or exceed all inventory goals, oversee and conducting physical inventory countsAssisting in managing communication merchandise opportunities to Area or District ManagerCommunicate, manage and execute all Marketing opportunities and events within budget and according to all Policies & ProceduresDevelop and maintain strong communication with local PR and marketingParticipate in new store openings and/or store closings; travel may be requiredEnsure execution and maintenance of all Visual Directives as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the Store always meets or exceeds PUMA standardsMaintain physical condition of Store according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance needs in a timely mannerRequired to comply with all operational core competencies and key accountabilitiesExecute all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working environment for all Store AssociatesRequired to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be requiredYOUR TALENTRequirements:Two to three years of management experience in a focused, customer service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear) with results driven track recordProven ability to exceed sales, demonstrated ability to identify, hire, train, develop and retain top talent Sales Associates as well as teams, ability to reason through complex issues, demonstrates effective communication, and able to communicate with large groupsStrong interpersonal, communication and motivational skillsGood in English speak and writingStrong organizational and time management skillsCommercial acumenInterest in innovation and changeLeadershipPC-skills, MS-Office Knowledge, Lotus Notes, InternetSPEED & SPIRIT is what we look for in our candidates, defined by some simple values that inspire us to BE DRIVEN in our performance, BE VIBRANT in our sporting legacy, BE TOGETHER in our team spirit, and BE YOU to let our individual talent and experience shine.
