Graphic Designer (Freelance)

- Work collaboratively with copywriters, photographers, social media, and product teams to deliver creative outputs.
- Conceptualize, design, and develop visual assets that support cross-division needs.
- Ensure all graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Provide art and design direction that raises visual and aesthetic craftsmanship.
- Create adaptable graphic templates for internal and client-facing teams.
- Oversee creative execution from concept to final production.
- Follow brand guidelines while still exploring creative and fresh approaches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design; fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; familiarity with Sketch is a plus.
- Knowledge of motion graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere) is an advantage.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual skills and a range of creative approaches.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Open-minded, collaborative, and receptive to feedback with a positive, proactive mindset.
- Passionate about digital media, trends, and design innovation.
