- Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging content for marketing and PR materials, including social media updates, press releases, media kits, newsletters, website copy and blog posts.
- Social Media Management: Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking social media metrics.
- Public Relations support: Assist in drafting press releases, managing media inquiries, media monitoring and report. Help coordinate media interviews and maintain media lists.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing and promoting events and press conferences, focus on preparing event materials and handling logistics.
- Campaign Support: Help with the execution of marketing campaigns, including creating promotional materials and tracking campaign performance.
- Market Research Support: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to assist in developing marketing strategies.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including maintaining databases, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. (preferably on last semester)
- Interest in Fintech: A strong interest in the fintech industry and a desire to learn more about financial technologies and services.
- Skills: Basic understanding of marketing principles, media relations and communication strategies. Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems is a plus.
- Creativity: Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to generate and develop new ideas.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to craft clear and engaging content.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and software (e.g., social media management tools) is advantageous.
