- Responding to customers / users / others units / management enquiries related to applications / systems supported.
- Perform monitoring on systems supported including systems downtime and sanity test.
- Logging, ticketing, and classifying any enquiries from various channels into tracking tools.
- Perform first level of investigation on any technical issue reported on systems supported that comes from various channels.
- To perform any quick kill solution to solve issue reported based on agreed run-book from systems owner.
- To perform escalation to relevant system owner if quick kill was not available or not solving the issue raised on supported systems.
- To liaise with Operation or other units to solve any issue raised as part of resolution process.
- To keep track on issue resolution progress with relevant parties.
- To support and fully-involve in any change / improvement on L1 BAU process and on L1 expansion to support more systems.
- To perform daily-task checklist and to support any ad-hoc request for technical verification on systems supported.
- Graduate from reputable University (S-1 from Computer Science or Information Systems).
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows OS.
- Knowledge of one of these programming language : Python, Java
- Knowledge of one of these database : SQL Server, Oracle, Maria DB
- Knowledge of web application programming, especially in L1
- Good ability in English (verbal and written).
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good collaboration and influencing skills.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
