Responsibilities

Led the project team in planning, initiating, executing, and closing to ensure the target is achieved in terms of Scope of Work, Timeline, and budget.
Planning, documenting, and reporting project plans.
Effectively communicate using formal disciplined communication as well as informal communication to stakeholders (especially in Government Projects) to help the project meet its goals.
Coordinate and communicate project tasks within the cross-functional IT organization.
Mentor other members of the team in project management skills.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
At least 4 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably have experience in handling Government Projects.
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
Familiarity with programming, Windows, Web Development, and Android Development
Having strong knowledge in at least one of the Scrum methodologies, Agile, SDLC
