This company has a short registration with TKB90 status 100% payment rating, with a total loan accumulation of 562 billion and over 1 million customers to date in Indonesia.Job Responsibilities- Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with the business goals of the insurance brokerage.- Oversee the development and maintenance of software systems, platforms, and infrastructure to meet business requirements and improve processes.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data protection laws, and cybersecurity standards within the insurance sector.- Collaborate with senior management to assess technology needs and recommend solutions to improve operational effectiveness.- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, encouraging continuous growth and promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts to optimize technology investments and achieve cost-effective solutions.- Establish disaster recovery and business continuity plans to safeguard critical IT operations.- Analyze emerging technologies and trends relevant to insurance brokerage and recommend adoption where beneficial.Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
