Data Center Operations Director

• Oversee and enhance all operational functions, including comprehensive data center management, facility operations, network resilience, and the delivery of superior customer service, to ensure optimal performance and competitive advantage.
• Lead the planning and execution of significant capital projects, infrastructure enhancements, and new facility expansions, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery that supports our aggressive growth targets.
• Drive seamless collaboration across various departments (e.g., engineering, sales, customer engagement) to ensure operational objectives are fully aligned with overall business strategy and evolving customer requirements.
• Recruit, mentor, and empower a senior operations team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous professional development.
• Establish and rigorously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency, elevate customer satisfaction, and proactively identify and implement strategies to mitigate operational risks.
• Ensure strict adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements, industry certifications, and corporate policies, with a strong emphasis on safety, environmental responsibility, and maintaining high operational standards.
• Lead strategic vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement initiatives to optimize cost-efficiency and ensure the highest quality of service and supply chain resilience.
• Collaborate closely with the finance department to develop and manage operational budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust business continuity and disaster recovery plans to safeguard critical infrastructure and ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

• A seasoned professional with a bachelor's degree in engineering with 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, with a proven track record within the data center, telecommunications, or technology infrastructure sectors, particularly in rapidly expanding organizations.
• Demonstrated success in scaling operational teams and processes to support significant business expansion and increased demand.
• Possess a strong understanding of modern data center infrastructure, industry certifications, and the regulatory environment in Indonesia.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale capital projects and complex operational budgets.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., project management, operational excellence methodologies) are a significant advantage.
