Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance efficiency in warehouse management and logistics operations.
Oversee the PLB and PPJK processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and timely clearance of imported goods.
Ensure strict adherence to warehouse management procedures and best practices.
Oversee the incoming parts and tools inspection process, ensuring compliance with shipping, customs, and certification requirements.
Manage inventory tracking and documentation, including inputting data into warehouse systems and maintaining accurate records.
Coordinate with vendors and customers to arrange deliveries and respond to inquiries.
Generate requests for quotations to freight forwarders for imported shipments, in alignment with procurement or customer requirements.
Monitor and respond to email inquiries regarding spare parts delivery schedules for maintenance purposes.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics operations, and customs clearance and PLB administration.
English proficiency in verbal and written.
Experience working in the aviation or aerospace industry.
Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory systems, and warehouse management software.
Strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures, particularly in the context of import/export activities.
On-hand experience dealing with Customs personnel.Certification in Customs Clearance (e.g., PPJK certification) or relevant professional accreditation.
Leadership and influencing skills - has stature, credibility, and respect at all levels.
