Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, but a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related fields is advantageous.
Experience: Previous experience in guest relations, butler services, or luxury hospitality roles is essential, demonstrating a track record of providing personalized and exceptional service.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and convey information accurately.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail for anticipating guest needs and delivering flawless service.
Cultural Awareness: An understanding of various cultures is essential when dealing with an international guest.
Multilingual Proficiency: Fluency in multiple languages, especially English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Effective problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and find appropriate solutions promptly.
