- Conduct onboarding calls with new clients to understand their objectives and set clear expectations.
- Lead newsletter review sessions, ensuring alignment with client satisfaction goals.
- Curate high-quality, relevant content tailored to the client's audience.
- Prepare and lead engaging calls and meetings, ensuring effective follow-up.
- Exhibit strong project management capabilities to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Facilitate a seamless handoff between departments and team members.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and updates in CRM systems.
- Provide actionable feedback to product and development teams to enhance the onboarding process.
- Proactively monitor client satisfaction and address potential issues to mitigate churn.
- Actively contribute to team meetings and the development of departmental strategies and values.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. -
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, project management, or a related role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing effective meetings.
- A deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in a range of software, including Google Suite, Notion, HubSpot, Slack, Microsoft Suite, and ChatGPT.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
