- Build, maintain, and strengthen strong partnerships with government institutions, regulatory bodies, and relevant stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Develop and execute stakeholder mapping strategies to identify key influencers, decision-makers, and associations relevant to EXIM goods.
- Monitor, analyze, and provide insights on policies, regulations, and trade compliance affecting import/export operations.
- Represent the company in associations, advocacy forums, and government consultations to protect and promote business interests.
- Lead advocacy initiatives to influence favorable policy and regulatory outcomes for the business.
- Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights to senior management on policy trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Proactively initiate engagement programs, dialogues, and partnerships with stakeholders to strengthen the company's positioning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, legal, compliance, and commercial teams to ensure business alignment with regulatory requirements.
- A degree in Public Policy, Law, Political Science, or a related field.
- Experience in government relations or public policy within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesia's regulatory framework and legislative processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in PPGR, EXIM goods, or related functions.
- Proven track record in government relations and advocacy.
- Strong skills in stakeholder mapping and policy analysis.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with excellent communication and influencing skills.
