- Acquire new clients from both existing and untapped markets to support company growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that can be converted into long-term clients.
- Enhance client experience by understanding their needs and offering tailored product and service consultations.
- Present and explain product and service offerings clearly, addressing any client inquiries.
- Persuade clients to make purchasing decisions and drive additional sales where possible.
- Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales closing and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the Revenue Team and cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, etc.).
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B outbound sales.
- Prior experience in at least one of the following industries is required: Property, Automotive, or Construction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Client-focused with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn about the company’s offerings.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a readiness to support business needs as they evolve.
