- Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and driving growth.
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with sales metrics and KPIs.
- Proficient in developing strategies based on data-driven insights.
- A passion for technology and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Experience with smart home products is a plus.
