The Indonesia manufacturing site of ADID is in BIIE Lippo CIkarang West Java & Candi Industrial Estate Semarang, Central Java, but customer spread is in other parts of the country as well.Job DescriptionYour Role : Monitor and optimize the company's operational processes and systems, This role includes analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.Primary Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:

Support day to day operations in the production environment and work with other staff to identify, select, prioritize and execute process improvement projects.

Provide general troubleshooting, engineering, maintenance, equipment and daily process assistance to our manufacturing line.

Continually improve & optimize current products through variation reduction.

Investigating manufacturing problems and consulting with production teams, analyzing the supporting data, recommending corrective actions, and following through on recommendations to evaluate their effectiveness.

Creating, refining, educating and implementing standard work.

Use lean six sigma to eliminate waste, improve material flow, and streamline processes.

Assisting and improving the controls, equipment, and maintenance practices used to run the operations.

Lead capital projects related to equipment installations, modifications, or upgrades.

Support new product development and product design within technical teams

Analyze data to inform decision-making processesConduct regular systems audits and generate reportsQualificationsRequirementBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related fieldMinimum of 4-5 years of experience in operations engineering or a similar roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirementsExperience in a related industry (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, software)Advanced degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related fieldFamiliarity with statistical analysis tools and methodsExperience with automation technologiesStrong technical aptitude and understanding of systems engineeringProficiency in data analysis and reportingExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards

Strong multi-tasking, problem solving, decision analysis, situation appraisal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as ability to connect and influence at all levels of the plant.

Six Sigma exposure/experience. Green Belt / Black Belt certification is a plus.

Mechanical competency with controls, instrumentation, PLC (Programmable Logic Controls) knowledge
