Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of our respected client, a fast-growing logistic software company, in hiring Regional Account Manager. This role will be located in Jakarta, Indonesia.Job Responsibilities

Lead regional Key Account Management team for Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Philippines.
Develop strategies for client onboarding, training, engagement, and enhancing overall client experience.
Supporting and directing new and experienced Key Account Managers in providing onboarding and training clients and improving engagement and retention.
Serving as a coach and a leader, helping to develop the skills of your team as they grow in their careers.
Managing day to day operations of the team by monitoring active implementation projects of the clients.
Work closely with their Product and Development Teams to represent the voice of client during onboarding, implementation and ongoing support stages.
Integrating sales strategies into client success initiatives while maintaining client satisfaction.

Requirement

Experienced in leading team with min. 3 years.
A total for

5 years in leading customer support / client success team in technology-focused environment. * Sales experience in upselling to an existing client base.

Experienced working as a Project Manager / Program Manager (Technology) would be a plus point.
