- Coordinate and act as liaison to parent company and its related sub holdings
- Direct, monitor, and evaluate market research activities
- Develop marketing strategies and managing commercialization
- Direct, monitor, and evaluate the strategic planning and business planning (short-term and long-term)
- Direct, monitor, and evaluate business development activities including business investment proposals
- Direct, monitor, and evaluate post-project studies
- Direct, monitor, and evaluate the management of corporate cooperation (partnerships) related to business development
- Direct, monitor and evaluate customer relationship management (internal & external) related to customer satisfaction measurements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Pharmaceutical or Business field from a reputable institution
- Master in Business Administration degree in top-notch universities is strongly preferred
- 7-10 years of strategic & partnership experience in the pharmaceutical company. Advisory & Consulting background are strongly welcomed
- Experience in business expansion through Business Valuation, Joint Venture, and Merger&Acquisition
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrated career progression in the last decade, with advancement to more complex roles on multiple occasions
- High drive, with strong business acumen
- Significant exposure to project management
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Prominent platform to build portfolio in a nationally prominent pharmaceutical business
- International-wide exposure
