What you'll do:As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Finance, you will step into a diverse professional environment where every day brings new challenges and rewards. Your role will involve gaining a deep understanding of your clients' businesses, cultures, and resourcing needs. You will develop new business relationships while nurturing existing ones, implementing recruitment campaigns that deliver results. You will be responsible for managing candidate aspirations, ensuring they find roles that suit their skills, experiences, and career goals. Your ability to manage the interview process effectively and negotiate remuneration packages will be crucial to your success.

Gain a thorough understanding of the client's business, culture and unique resourcing requirements
Develop new business with prospective clients and maintain regular contact to build positive, productive and long-term corporate relationships
Develop and implement short and long-term recruitment campaigns, delivering service, quality and results
Provide consultation to a large network of candidates with both immediate and long-term career needs
Select appropriate candidates for positions, arrange interviews and fully brief candidates on the company and role
Manage candidate aspirations to ensure they secure the career they want in a suitable environment
Assess candidate skills and experience, their career goals and their suitability for different roles
Manage the interview process and negotiate with clients on remuneration packages

What you bring:The ideal candidate for this Recruitment Consultant role specialising in Finance is someone who brings a wealth of experience from finance roles or sales/business development environments. You hold at least a Bachelor's degree and are dynamic, resilient, comfortable working in fast-paced environments with sales targets. Your English communication skills are strong, and you should have a knack for negotiation and relationship management. Experience in stakeholder management in a client-facing role is essential, as are excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask. You must be able to use your initiative and work well within a team, demonstrating strong work ethics and a desire to achieve.

Three or more years of experience in finance roles or in a sales/business development environment
Bachelor's degree
Dynamic, resilient, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with sales target
Good command of English; strong communication, negotiation, relationship management skills
Experience in stakeholder management in a client-facing role
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask
Ability to use own initiative and deliver as part of a successful team
