The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change.In this role, you will partner with our leading clients and agencies to help measure the effectiveness of their investment with our platform. In addition, this role will partner with key cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, product measurement, and business marketing to ensure that clients and agencies have best-in-class support.We seek highly-driven, empathetic, individuals who are looking to build our Marketing Sciences discipline where execution, curiosity, and data-driven thinking in a fast-growth environment to make others better will be critical for success.1. Grow the Indonesia market in terms of core measurement service.
2.Partner with clients and agencies to provide good measurement that can lead to a better understanding of their performance on the platform.
3. Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for clients.
4. Be the conduit internally and externally to ensure that the feedback on our measurement solutions is reflected in our offerings.
5. Partner with leadership team to provide ongoing Measurement POVs to our global product and measurement peers.
6. Implement 1st or 3rd party measurement solutions for Key Accounts with a learning agenda.
7. Partner with sales and product strategy to up-level internal sales teams on measurement knowledge.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
1. At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in measurement suppliers/platforms, digital marketing/advertising agencies, large marketing-related organizations, consultancy firms, global research firms, or complex marketing data-driven organizations.
2. Fluency in both English and Indonesia languages, with business-level proficiency. Proficiency in Indonesia languages is required for effective communication with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks and alignment with business objectives. The ability to understand and communicate complex information in Indonesia languages is essential for this role.
3. A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods.
4. A track record of setting up and managing large datasets, delivering analytical insights to management or clients for informed marketing decision-making, and adept at managing cross-functional communications and various stakeholders.
5. A track record of driving client decisions with clear communication and team collaboration.Preferred Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) with either R or Python, as well as SQL.
