- Establish a vision of the relationship between Rystad Energy and our key Accounts in Indonesia
- Develop and execute strategic Account Plans to maximize Account growth.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities within key Accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with the Client Success Manager to service the key Accounts, acting as “One Account Team”.
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams – Marketing, Product, Research, Client Services – to drive engagement with key Accounts and realize upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor, adopt a consultative approach to translate solutions to meaningful customer benefits.
- Build a network of multi-level and multi-functional relationships with senior executive and influential stakeholders to increase growth opportunities.
- Develop strong knowledge of key Accounts’ businesses.
- Sell Rystad Energy’s research solutions to companies/organizations within the Energy (E&P Companies, Renewables & Power Players, Utilities), Financials, and Government segments in Indonesia
- Develop and execute solutions-driven and segment-focused client acquisition strategy
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to meet sales targets
- Engage with, present & pitch to prospective clients (“prospects”) daily, while adopting a consultative and solution-oriented approach to win new business
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams – Marketing, Product, Research, Client Services – to drive engagement with prospects and close deals
- Upon successfully bringing in new clients, manage the client accounts to ensure renewal of services as well as growth through upselling/cross-selling of solutions
- Candidate must be able to work in Indonesia – Citizen or Employment Pass holder or Permanent Resident
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Between 8 to 10 years of Sales and Account Management experience within the Energy industry
- Specifically, experience in selling subscription services in the market intelligence services sector within the Energy industry.
- Experience in account managing International Oil Companies (Majors) or National Oil Companies
- Proven track record of surpassing sales revenue growth targets through effective and efficient strategic account management
- Ability to engage with individuals across all levels within client/prospect organizations, including Senior Management/C-Suite
- Experience in internal stakeholder management – i.e., collaboration with cross-functional teams internally to drive client/prospect engagement externally.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Possess strategic vision and planning capabilities.
- Possess the ability to develop and deliver long-term sales strategies.
