
Sales Development Representative - Fintech

- Identify and prospect new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and other outbound methods
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM (HubSpot)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and outreach
- Work towards and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and conversion
- Support ongoing improvement of outreach and sales processes
- 3-5 years of experience in an SDR or similar role
- Strong outbound sales experience (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Background in IT, SaaS, or financial services is highly desirable
