- Implement a strategic approach to project prioritization and pipeline management, balancing responsiveness with long-term business objectives.
- Oversee a wide portfolio of products (several thousand SKUs), focusing on security and occupational safety solutions.
- Allocate efforts effectively between direct sales and retail business management, driving annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales leadership and internal teams to align strategies and deliver business goals.
- Utilize industry knowledge and networks in related sectors such as heavy equipment and lubricants to identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
- Maintain up-to-date market intelligence on competitors, including specialized safety product companies, to inform sales strategies.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in related industries, particularly in PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) or safety equipment sectors.
- Established network within Indonesia's industrial and heavy equipment sectors.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with a proven ability to influence at senior levels.
- Educational background in occupational safety or related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a challenging sales environment.
