  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions including invoice processing and payment approvals.
  • Conduct reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
  • Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records and documentation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting and/or finance roles, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficient in accounting software; experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities and detail oriented.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and implement new processes.
