- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in Jakarta OR Balikpapan (wherever you are based).
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client portfolio within the Mining Sector (specifically, Mining Contractors).
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop customised solutions for clients.
- Managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the hydraulics product portfolio and industry developments.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, within the Mining industry, ideally with Mining Contractors.
- Strong understanding of hydraulics and their applications in various sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- A degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
