- Develop and execute creative content strategies that align with Team Liquid’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Brainstorm and conceptualize innovative content ideas for digital campaigns, events, and social media.
- Oversee the full production cycle of content, from planning and scripting to shooting, editing, and final delivery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion and high production value.
- Collaborate with creative teams, including writers, designers, videographers, and editors, to ensure consistency and creativity across all content produced.
- Provide feedback and direction to ensure content is aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.
- Act as the point of contact for clients and partners during the content production process.
- Present creative ideas and concepts to clients, ensuring their input is incorporated while maintaining the creative integrity of the content.
- Produce content optimized for multiple platforms, including digital ads, social media, video channels, live events, and eSports activations.
- Stay up to date with content trends in the eSports and digital marketing industries, implementing new formats and styles where appropriate.
- Ensure all content meets the highest standards of quality, creativity, and audience engagement.
- Oversee post-production, including editing, sound design, and graphics, to ensure a polished final product.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Production, Film, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in content production, creative direction, or media project management, preferably within the digital marketing or eSports industries.
- Proven track record in producing high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional creativity and storytelling ability, with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both internally and with clients.
- Proficient in content production tools, including video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects), and an understanding of social media platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
