To achieve productivity target and team target according responsibility assignment from management
Conduct visit to customer based on assignment and give information to customers accurately and clearly
Implementation code of conduct in collection activity
To inform the supervisor or manager to investigate the suspected/fraud account

Requirements

Total Minimum Years of Experience: 3-5 years in collection area
Degree from reputable university
Have an experience in Banking Industry
Work Independently and learn fast
Positive Attitude
Strong sense of ownership of results
