- Handle all reservation inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and online platforms.
- Ensure accuracy in bookings, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Provide detailed information on room types, rates, and hotel facilities to prospective guests.
- Utilize the Property Management System (PMS) proficiently to maintain accurate guest information.
- Assist in maximizing revenue through effective selling techniques such as upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the hotel booking process and knowledge of reservation systems (PMS).
- A customer-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
