As a GM HRBP, your main responsibilities will include:

  • A strong educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 15 years of experience HR leadership roles within the FMCG and/or manufacturing industries.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Thorough knowledge of labour laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop HR teams effectively.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
