  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Department
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan) and other regulations
  • Oversee tax planning and compliance, including PPN, PPh, and related filings
  • Review and enhance internal controls, accounting processes, and financial systems
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support management in decision-making
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax, including at least 2 years in a managerial or assistant managerial role
  • In-depth understanding of PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan) and Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A & B certification preferred
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
