- Implement and maintain PSM frameworks in accordance with Indonesia Regulation
- Facilitate HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, SIL, QRA, and Bowtie Analysis.
- Manage Management of Change (MOC) processes and ensure documentation aligns with Indonesian safety audit requirements.
- Oversee fire and gas detection systems, emergency shutdown systems, and emergency response planning.
- Lead the preparation of contract documents, support project award phases, and finalize project schedules.
- Interpret and apply P&ID, PFD, engineering drawings, and OEM manuals.
- Support terminal operations, including static and rotating equipment.
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver training and safety drills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Bachelor's Degree in Instrument, Process, Chemical or Mechanical
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in process safety within tank storage terminals, including offshore exposure.
- Strong knowledge of offshore safety systems, marine terminal operations, and SIMOPS.
- Familiar with IMO safety standards.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
