As their partner, we’re helping them find a driven professional to support their mission in transforming the digital trading experience.As a Global BD Manager, you will drive business growth by acquiring and retaining top-tier clients and IBs across key markets like Brazil, the EU, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. You'll identify market-driven trading opportunities, conduct competitor analysis, and ensure monthly targets are met—while maintaining full compliance with local regulations.Key Responsibilites :

Responsible to grow the business by acquiring big clients and IBs in forex or commodities traders
Retain top client and IB across key countries e.g Brazil, EU, Middle East, and Southeast Asia
Identify trading opportunities based on market trends and provide meaningful trading opportunities to clients.
Conduct thorough forex competitor research to identify business opportunities and scheme improvement
Responsible to achieve monthly target (lots) and define action plan needed to close the gaps
Ensure every activity is in accordance with local compliance

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in the Forex industry at least having monthly deposit $1 million / 1,500 lots settled and 10 active traders
Solid understanding of the market landscape in respective countries, e.g. key brokers, payment options, regulations, etc.
Experience in client acquisition.
Experience in Introducing Broker (IB) acquisition.
