Job Description - Understand mechanical systems with a focus on cost estimation, technical calculations, time management, and project supervision - Ensure site safety through coordination and cooperation with all involved parties; plan, coordinate, and follow up on construction activities in collaboration with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders - Support the design and implementation of mechanical systems, propose modifications, and contribute to budgeting and cost estimation processes - Coordinate with drafters for technical drawings and with mechanical engineers for on-site installations - Assist the Manager in various technical and construction-related tasks - Prepare documentation for tender submissions, as well as daily, weekly, and monthly project reporting - Perform other related tasks as assignedJob Requirement - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field - Conversational English or higher - At least 10 years of experience in Estimation, Quantity Surveying (QS), or Mechanical Design within Engineering or Construction industry - Proficient in mechanical system design and cost estimation
