We believe in the value of empowering GA Financing Risk & Control Specialist with the resources to solve critical problems for the future of our business, which is why we need you.Manulife Indonesia GA Financing Risk & Control will be responsible to identify potential dummy risks and drive the overall business quality for each GA Office, covering an end-to-end financing effectiveness (APE-FYP performances vs. financing cost incl. financing claw back), recruitment growth (inorganic vs. organic), resolving lapse and persistency issues, early claims management, and quality of welcome call.What motivates you?

We are looking for someone with:
  • University degree from reputable university
  • Minimum 4 years working experiences in life insurances industry and having Agency experiences would be an advantage
  • Able to demonstrate good leadership and managerial skill
  • Able to engage and build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders including the Agency field forces
  • Preferable with experiences in risk management and managing quality of business performances including financing structure and data analysis in Agency channel

  • Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders
On the job you will:1. To develop and establish a standard end-to-end business quality performance for GA Offices.2. To identify and manage business quality issues including gaps on the financing process for each GA Office including liaising with the respective Sales team to ensure those issues are remediated properly.3. As a subject matter expert by providing inputs and feedbacks on action items that need to be pursued to solve any issue and incident occurred in GA Office.4. To highlights and escalate any potential issue or incident to Head of Agency Risk & Control (Agency Management) driven by financing payout structure including campaign/ contest and outlined those findings through proper governance channel such as GA Steering Committee and MAN Steering Committee.5. To analyze the flags and observations from Sherlock-Neo4J and DCCD (Distribution Conduct Compliance Dashboard) applications regarding agent misconduct behaviors occurs in Premier GA and MAN GA.6. To provide necessary training (regular and/or ad-hoc) to the GA agency field forces on driving the quality of their business to support entrepreneurship mindset.Our commitment to you
