Air Export IFFO (6 Months Contract)

• Communicate with shipper, airlines, vendor, and network

• Accountable for meeting the agreed KPI and the consequences of failure for which corrective measures shall be taken according to prevailing regulation and procedure to avoid recurrence in the future
• Create job file
• Provide draft AWB to customer and network
• Do revision document
• Email final HAWB, PEB, NPE to customer
• Update JF ref.
• Set Flavor and Fragrance (customer) HAWB , PEB , NPE 1 day after shipment depart
• Book space to airlines
• Book trucking to Road teams
• Provide flight schedule to network and customer
• Create MAWB and HAWB
• Check DN from network

• Bachelor's degree from recognized university or relevant qualification
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a fast paced, dynamic and or multi-cultural MNC environment in Logistics/Freight Forwarding/PPJK company (Fresh Graduate Are Welcome to Apply)
• Good understanding of product knowledge (Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight and Forwarding, Incoterms, etc.)
• Motivated self-starter with good organization skills and ability to multi-tasking
