We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Application Support to join our team. In this role, you will:

Ensure the core banking system and server infrastructure are running optimally.
Analyze and troubleshoot application issues in real time, and provide effective recommendations and solutions to users.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve system-related issues efficiently.
Understand and apply user logic into system workflows and configuration.
Communicate, analyze, document, build, implement, and maintain custom reports based on business or user requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Application Support or similar technical role.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with: Java, PL/SQL, MySQL, Oracle Database
Solid understanding of business logic implementation within a banking or enterprise system environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams and with external vendors.
Able to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks or incidents simultaneously.
Fluent in English (verbal and written) and Bahasa Indonesia.
Experience in core banking or financial systems is a plus.
