- Develop and implement a comprehensive channel partner program to maximize sales and market penetration of our data center solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Establish and manage channel partner incentives, programs, and rewards to motivate and drive performance.
- Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives with channel partners to generate leads and drive sales.
- Monitor and analyze channel partner performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with channel partners to ensure profitability.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities, adapting the channel strategy accordingly.
- Develop and deliver presentations and training materials to educate channel partners on our data center solutions.
- Travel as required to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the technology or data center industry.
- Proven network with channel/partners such as system integrators
- Proven track record of success in developing and managing channel partner programs.
- Strong understanding of the data center industry and its ecosystem.
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and data analysis tools.
