
Senior Executive Partnerships

- Identify, approach, and secure new non-endemic partners to drive ZALORA’s customer acquisition and brand visibility.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies and co-marketing initiatives with external brands across diverse industries (e.g., financial services, telecommunications, travel, FMCG, automotive, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, Brand, Performance Marketing, Creative, Legal, etc.) to deliver seamless partnership activations.
- Negotiate and close partnership deals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and achievement of defined KPIs.
- Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Oversee the execution of offline and online partnership campaigns, including omnichannel, OOH, ATL, and new media initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate partnership trackers, manage weekly KPIs, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Support the administration of the partnership marketing budget, ensuring compliance and effective resource allocation.
- Contribute to the development of innovative growth strategies and support major ZALORA events and campaigns as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing partnership campaigns.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results within deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data management tools is a plus.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and passion for learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
