- Collaborate with Board Members to devise and execute a strategic plan spanning short, medium, and long terms for the company, aligning.
- Engage in discussions with Board members and other executives to evaluate the company's trajectory and align it with the organizational Mission statement.
- Propose business investments, assuming a visionary role and providing leadership to steer the company.
- Ensure the success of Operations with an unwavering commitment to integrity and safety.
- Proactively anticipate challenges, refine strategies as necessary, develop action plans, and undertake necessary lobbying efforts to safeguard the company's continuity.
- Provide support to commercial organizations by facilitating customer relationships.
- Overseeing aspects of company operations to ensure alignment with agreed plans, budgets, manpower, etc.
- Ensure adherence to Key management routines for follow company's standard operations.
- Supervise office operations
- Address corporate issues and drive compliance
- Collaborate with the Board Members on continual improvement of employee initiatives.
- Implement cultural changes to enhance quality and customer-centricity.
- Finalize the integration of the company to foster strong teamwork, communication, and coordination.
- University degree in a business/related field
- Prior Experience as Board Member
- Experience in managing logistics & freight forwarding company
