
Sr. Business Development - Ads Service (6-months Contract)

- Conduct consultative discussions with clients to understand their marketing objectives and propose tailored ad solutions.
- Collaborate with the ad operations team to ensure campaign setup, optimization, and reporting align with client expectations.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive upsell and retention.
- Develop proposals, pitch decks, and ROI-driven presentations for client prospects.
- Track competitor ad trends and market benchmarks to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with community teams (webinars, events) to generate warm leads for Ads Service.
- Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth handovers to the Ads Ops team.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, digital marketing, or advertising services (agency or ad-tech experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of digital ads (TikTok, Meta, Google Ads) and performance marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS).
- Proven track record in sales, partnerships, or client acquisition.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with ad tech tools, reporting dashboards, and campaign optimization is a plus.
- Self-driven and result-oriented, with strong analytical thinking.
