- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to refine strategies and support product development.
- Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, from planning to evaluation, using data-driven insights.
- 5 years of experience in brand management within the F&B or FMCG industry.
- Comfortable working in a multi-brand organization and a fast-paced environment.
- Strong skills in data analysis, cross-functional coordination, and fast execution.
