- Conducting full-cycle of recruitment process , from sourcing to offering process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements.
- Create talent pipeline to enlarge company talent pool by using networks and other recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, includes but not limited to building relationships with universities or academic institutions, if necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS system.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Involved in employer branding initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment.
- Self-starter, able to work in a team or individually.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written communication).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge in recruitment software.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Willing to travel, as necessary.
