- Execute equity trades on behalf of institutional clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide market insights and research to inform clients' investment decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth trade execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, news, and regulations related to institutional equity trading.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Prior experience as an Equity Dealer or in institutional equity sales/trading.
- Strong knowledge of equity markets, trading strategies, and investment products.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- WPPE certificate is required.
